Terms and Conditions for Job Posting

 1.Acceptance of Terms

 By submitting a job posting, you (the "Client") agree to these terms and conditions.

 2. Job Posting Guidelines:-

The job description must be clear, accurate, and not misleading. - All job postings must comply with applicable laws and regulations. - No discriminatory language or practices are permitted.

3. Client Responsibilities:-

The Client is responsible for providing accurate information regarding the job, including title, description, requirements, and compensation. - The Client must ensure that the job complies with equal employment opportunity laws.

4. Payment Terms:-

No fees for job positing for first year, if applicable, must be settled before the job is published. - Fees are non-refundable once the job is live.

5. Duration of Posting:-

 Job postings will remain active for a specified duration, after which they will be automatically removed unless renewed.

6. Modifications and Cancellations :-

The Client may request changes to the job posting at any time before it goes live. - Once live, postings can be modified, but significant changes may incur additional fees.

7. Liability:-

The platform is not responsible for any hiring decisions made by the Client or candidates. The Client assumes all responsibility for the hiring process.

8. Confidentiality:-

Any information shared during the job posting process will be kept confidential and not shared with third parties without consent.

9. Governing Law:-

These terms are governed by the laws of Saudi law. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with these laws.

10. Termination:-

 The platform reserves the right to remove any job posting that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate.

11- Authority to post a job

The client authorizes Equal company to manage the job posting, including but not limited to advertising the position, reviewing applications, and communicating with candidates.
